Our house is also characterised by a strict non-smoking policy and is not suitable for dogs or other pets out of consideration for allergy sufferers.
Inside, the spacious living room with a living area of approx. 32 m² invites you to linger, equipped with a cosy couch corner consisting of a two - two seater couch and an armchair. In addition, a separate area with two armchairs offers space for reading and relaxation. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped - including ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and a variety of kitchen utensils. A double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom are available for a good night's sleep, each lovingly furnished and equipped with a lockable wardrobe. The house also has a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a separate guest WC, complemented by practical amenities such as a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment.
The outdoor area of our holiday home offers the perfect setting for cosy hours in the fresh air of the Volcanic Eifel with a terrace, barbecue facilities and full seating.
